- I create custom handmade costumes and props according to individual measurements and wishes. The purchase includes the product, packaging materials, and shipping to the recipient. Shipping regulations for each country may differ, and I cannot influence these regulations or be held responsible for them.
Time-frames and deadlines
Each costume or prop is created in individual terms TO ORDER. Please note that THERE ARE NO READY COSTUMES OR PROPS IN STOCK. Therefore, please specify the time when you would like to receive it, so that we can discuss the production and delivery times. Delivery delays due to your national postal service or customs are not our responsibility,
Lost/damaged during the transit
I always worry about the integrity of delivery to the customer. If your parcel was lost or damaged during transportation, be sure to contact me and we will solve this problem, I will create a new product and send it to you. A lost parcel is a parcel that was not delivered to you within 2 months, and did not return to me correctly within 2 months.
Returns and cancellations
I create products according to individual wishes, sizes and modifications, since the product is unique, I do not accept returns. Please carefully provide your measurements and wishes before creating a custom order, so that we do not have misunderstandings and you are satisfied with the product.
Prepayment refund terms: the order can be cancelled and the prepayment refunded no less than 60 days before the agreed upon shipping date (if there was an advance payment). Please pay attention to the manufacturing terms and agreed upon terms of receipt of the products.
Payment security
We keep your information safe. We never receive your credit card details. You can rest assured that you can pay in any way you like, it will be safe and confidential.
Customs and import taxes
Please consider customs duties when receiving the parcel in your country, this may be an additional cost for you. Each country is different, and I am not responsible for their accrual. Before buying, please check the customs duties of your country, so that this does not come as a surprise to you.
